MIME content filtering

Using the IAdmin Proxy component, Internet Administrator can monitor and block specific content based on its type, as reported by the web server. This allows you to block streaming audio or video entirely, or specify specific formats. The program already includes a set of over 60 standard types, and you can add your own.

Content types can be blocked on both regular and encrypted connections. For example, you can block music and video on VKontakte, while other resources on this social network remain accessible!

By restricting content types, you can block video hosting sites, sites broadcasting radio station music, and similar sites, but only if the web server serves the correct content type.
