The client part of the "Internet Administrator" is an additional
module, necessary for the following functions:

Output of user internet usage statistic. Statistics for the
established limitations on the traffic and on the time with the
indication of limit, its limit and the remainder accessible for
the use is derived. The data about the capacity are represented:
current speed, maximum and guaranteed speed.

Bandwidth limitation. The traffic bandwidth limitation occurs at
the client level. The system component, which works at the level
of operating system is used for this. In addition to the overall
limitation of the speed of computer, the proportional limitation
of the speed of the operation of each active application is
accomplished. The total speed of each application comprises the
maximum speed for this user.

Identification of the user. In the mode of identification at the
logon into Windows Active Directory domain the client part
determines the current user and transmits data to the server,
where the logon of this user from the workstation occurs. When
the user leaves the system log out occurs. In the mode of "Name
and Pass" identification the operating principle is similar.
·
When the access to the Internet from the workstation is
impossible the client informs the user about the reason for
blocking. The reason for blocking is also indicated in the
Internet browser at the attempt to carry out a request.
